Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is hiring a Junior Executive Finance (AR) open to fresh graduates in Petaling Jaya. You will assist daily accounts receivable activities, support month-end closing, reconcile bank statements, and process ERP transactions.

You'll verify Dingtalk forms, manage parking/trailer entries, and help with audit and tax queries while contributing to timely financial reporting. English proficiency is required, and basic IT skills are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Assist in month-end and year-end closing and complete monthly closing procedures.
Verify transactions in Dingtalk forms (car rejections, dealer refunds, compensation, repairs).
Process parking and trailer transactions into ERP and prepare related invoices.
Prepare bank reconciliations and handle bank charges/interest in ERP.
Support audit and tax queries and assist in financial reporting tasks.
Handle ad hoc receivables ageing tasks and contribute to process improvements.
