Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers an internship across finance, administration and business operations. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to financial documentation, purchasing, invoicing, payroll support, reporting and day-to-day operations while working closely with our Finance, HR and Project teams.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance & Banking or a related field; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; good communication and organizational skills;

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in finance, accounting, finance & banking or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Excel is preferred.
• Good communication, organization and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to management, project managers and site teams.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave records and daily activity reports.
• Manage documentation including contracts, purchase orders (PO), invoices and project files.
• Assist with procurement and purchasing activities, including coordinating with suppliers and monitoring order status.
• Liaise with internal teams (Finance, HR, Project) and external parties (suppliers, subcontractors, customers, authorities).
• Assist with foreign worker administration, including attendance monitoring and payroll documentation.
