Job summary

AIA Global Financial Solutions Malaysia is offering a full-time internship to gain hands-on experience in Record to Report processes at IOI City Mall, Tower 1, Putrajaya. The role supports general accounting duties, ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation while you develop budgeting and forecasting skills.

The internship requires penultimate/final year accounting students with strong English, a CGPA of 3.2+ and a 12-week minimum commitment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in penultimate or final year of Accounting or related program.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• CGPA 3.20 or second class upper or equivalent.
• Minimum internship duration 12 weeks or more.
• Compulsory internship placements required by university.
• Willing to work at IOI City Mall, Tower 1, Putrajaya.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting activities including ledger prep, maintenance and reconciliation.
• Prepare, record, analyse and report accounting transactions.
• Provide forecast, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Analyse statutory accounts and financial statements.
• Assist in documentation of accounting projects.
