Job summary

ESPP Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated accounting professionals to join a Group Shared Services Finance team supporting Singapore and Malaysia. You will handle AP & AR for assigned entities and participate in month-end processes.

The role offers exposure to the complete finance function, collaboration with auditors and tax agents, and opportunities to drive process improvements across ERP systems while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, AP or AR is encouraged.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of GL, AP, AR and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP & AR task for the assigned companies.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing.
• Support intercompany reconciliation, supporting schedules, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory authorities.
• Participate in finance system enhancement, process improvement and automation projects.
• Guide and support junior finance team members where required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor & Finance Manager.
