Job summary

• Assist AP accountant on invoice processing, update monitoring, payment and resolving all invoice related issues
• Attend suppliers' enquiry and support internal and external audit
• Assist on monthly closing activities including accruals, account analysis, account reconciliation and monthly reporting
• Document scanning, sorting, filing and storage management
