Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting professional to join our finance team in a hybrid office setting in Bangsar. The role covers AR/AP management, monthly invoicing for B2B, reconciliation for B2C via SAP, and ensuring accurate data in SAP and HFM.

You will support cashflow forecasting, bank reconciliations, FX management, month-end closings, and fixed assets depreciation, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance degree or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
• Experience with SAP and HFM accounting software.
• Strong MS Excel for data analysis and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR and AP transactions.
• Issue monthly B2B invoices and follow up on collections.
• B2C: download payment gateway statements, reconcile, and enter data in SAP.
• Process received invoices, record and reconcile.
• Support cashflow forecasting.
• Initiate payments with necessary approvals; handle withholding tax, payments, and returns.
• Bank and Treasury: upload bank statements to SAP, FX booking, and FX management.
• GL and month-end closing using SAP and HFM.
• Ensure month-end closing deadlines are met.
• Incharge of accruals and prepayments.
• FX revaluation.
• Maintain Fixed Assets listing, depreciation run and disposal.
