Job summary

COMET FLEX SUPPLY SDN. BHD. in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a diligent Finance & HR administrator to manage the full spectrum of finance tasks and HR support.

You will handle payroll, statutory contributions, and payroll-related documentation, while ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance. This role involves coordinating with auditors and government agencies, processing invoices and payments, maintaining attendance records, and assisting with recruitment and job postings.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations
• Process e-Invoicing in compliance with LHDN requirements
• Monitor customer accounts; prepare weekly AR ageing reports
• Prepare and post accounting entries, journals and supporting schedules
• Prepare petty cash claims, staff claims and utility payments
• Manage bank facilities, banking matters and overseas payments
• Support overall Finance & Accounting operations and transactions
• Responsible for accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of management accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
