Job summary

PCSS CONSULTANCY SDN BHD is seeking a multi-functional professional to manage Accounts & Finance, HR and Administration. You will handle AP/AR, invoicing, payroll support, HR records and recruitment, plus office management tasks to keep operations smooth in Kuching.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of combined accounting, HR or admin experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, HR and/or administration.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting practices and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with HR administration and Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with accounting/HR software.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, invoicing, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing and prepare basic financial reports.
• Support HR administration: employee records, recruitment, onboarding and payroll matters.
• Maintain attendance, leave records and HR documentation; handle statutory matters where applicable.
• Oversee office administration: maintain tidy offices, pantry, stationery, and general coordination.
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
