Job summary

SD Guthrie International (SDGI) is seeking a senior finance professional to lead audit activities and oversee fixed asset management, depreciation, and budgeting. You will coordinate CAPEX evaluation and ensure GL accuracy across SAP and e-capex systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Audit statutory and group audits as scheduled with no findings or adjustments.
• Review fixed assets and CAPEX proposals, ensure asset categorization and capitalization per policy.
• Capture depreciation accurately in SAP and manage fixed asset data in e-capex systems.
• Lead month-end closing and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Perform GL reconciliation and prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts.
• Coach finance team and ensure SOP compliance in asset acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
