Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting/finance intern to support project budgeting, fixed assets, and depreciation projections in a fast-paced environment. You will help standardize policies, build financial models, and verify system data uploads to the e-CapEx platform.

The role requires Malaysian citizenship, a commitment of at least 6 months, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Familiarity with Google Sheets and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Google Sheets and basic financial modelling.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Exposure to ServiceNow or AI/LLMs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, track cost overruns, and support project closures.
• Standardize accounting policies for spare parts and Fixed Asset categories.
• Build financial models to test regional tax depreciation on project IRR.
• Execute bulk data uploads into the e-CapEx system and verify setups.
• Serve as first contact for system issues (Oracle/Coupa) and IT tickets.
