• Final-semester intern seeking conversion to full-time

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end general ledger activities including journals and allocations.
• Handle period-end closing and timely monthly/yearly closings.
• Monitor licences, insurance, and road tax renewal; notify teams.
• Support automation processes and coordinate with vendors on issues.
• Maintain fixed assets records and conduct physical audits.
• Process stock charge-out requests with documentation checks.
• Initiate monthly payments to landlords with accuracy.
• Address inquiries from other departments or customers; ad-hoc duties
