Job summary

Air Liquide Global Business Service (GBS) in Kuala Lumpur, APAC, seeks a Senior Analyst for the Workstream General Ledger. You will manage fixed asset, project accounting and GL tasks across multiple countries, ensuring IFRS compliance and accurate group reporting.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, with strong Excel and Oracle skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup at the Bandar Utama site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and fixed asset best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create Capex/E&I projects and manage project revisions, extensions, cost transfers and closing.
• Manage end-to-end fixed asset life cycle including capitalization, disposal and retirement.
• Prepare monthly D&A analysis and retirement reports; ensure timely FA module closing.
• Prepare and process manual JVs and recurring entries; perform reconciliations (CIP/FA/IFRS16/E&I).
• Support IRIS group reporting and audit inquiries; assist in audit notes.
