Job summary

Zuellig Pharma, a leading healthcare solutions provider in Asia, is seeking a Finance Executive in Malaysia. The role focuses on processing invoices, payments, and expense analysis, with responsibilities spanning AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.

Qualifications

• A diploma/degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Up to 5 years of experience in handling AP and AR.
• Background in balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong communication skills to bridge financial/contract requirements between stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices (trade and non-trade), refunds, rentals, utilities and staff claims accurately and timely.
• Process payments using different payment types.
• Monitor and analyze operational expenses for management insights.
• Review Statements of Account and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform monthly close activities and prepare journal entries with proper documentation.
