Luxasia is a leading beauty distribution platform in Asia Pacific, seeking an Finance professional in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves preparing journals, month-end close, claims review, and assisting in audits, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance, 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP. You will contribute to financial reporting and internal controls within a vibrant, multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance required.
• Preferably SAP experience.
• 2-3 years’ of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journals (approx. 200 per month).
• Month-end closing tasks.
• Check staff claims.
• Follow up on pending BS items.
• Assist in reports & compilations of into.
• Prepare analysis for internal audit.
• Assist Business Controllers on retail audit.
• Other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Staff requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance
• Preferably someone with SAP experience
• 2-3 years’ of work experience
• Month end closing & GL experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skill
