Job summary

Adfamilyofficeasia is seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to support internal finance operations, with exposure to full-set accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

You will review billing, maintain AR ledgers, perform bank reconciliations, and assist in month-end/ year-end closing, budgeting, and variance analysis while liaising with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (Xero, UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory and tax requirements.
• Familiarity with SST and WHT is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
