Job summary

MAS Aero Services Sdn Bhd is a joint venture formed by Malaysia Airlines and Koperasi Serbaguna Kakitangan MAS to provide laundry and cleaning services for Malaysia Airlines, customers, and the hospitality industry. The company operates from KLIA, Sepang, with about 130 personnel.

We seek a finance professional to maintain accurate records, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, process invoices, monitor cash flow, and assist in budgeting and tax filings, while coordinating with auditors.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and close monthly accounts.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims.
• Monitor customer accounts, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings (GST/VAT, corporate tax).
• Liaise with auditors during annual audits.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely closing of monthly accounts

Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims

Monitor customer accounts, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments

Handle daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Assist in managing petty cash and ensuring proper documentation

Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets

Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings (e.g., GST/VAT, corporate tax)

Liaise with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation
