Job summary

Dimension Bid Sdn Bhd seeks a Finance Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role supports the Finance Department in daily operations such as payment processing, data entry, financial reporting and banking tasks.

You will prepare cheques, vouchers and overseas payments, update supplier data and maintain files. Excellent Excel skills and English communication are essential for accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in a finance/accounting-related role.
• Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Oil & gas upstream experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations (withholding tax, SST, commercial tax).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cheques, payment vouchers and overseas payments (TT) for all regions.
• Update payment information promptly in the accounting system.
• Update data for local and international supplier bills, staff claims and other approved payments.
• Maintain proper filing systems for payment vouchers, receipts, bills, staff claims and bank statements.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documents for petty cash reimbursement.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Assist with yearly tax computation and related queries.
• Assist in preparing documentation for yearly financial reports.
• Assist in preparing supporting documents for disbursement and reimbursement of bank facilities, including term loans and working capital.
• Assist the management with daily finance-related tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as instructed by management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, with good communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills.
