Kah Motor Company Sdn. Berhad in Tebrau Johor is seeking a capable finance professional to manage the branch's accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth showroom and aftersales financial activities.
You will handle full set of accounts, revenue collection, cash flow administration, inventory cost control, and monthly financial reporting, while collaborating with showroom and aftersales teams and supporting audits and statutory reporting.

Responsible for managing the branch's accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth showroom and aftersales financial activities.
Handle full set of accounts for showroom and aftersales operations.
Record daily accounting transactions accurately.
Prepare monthly management accounts and schedules.
Manage month-end and year-end closing.
Perform general ledger balances, sub-ledger and account reconciliations.
Monitor vehicle sales, workshop billing and collections.
Reconcile customer payments and loan settlements.
Record rebates, incentives and warranty claims accurately.
Follow up on outstanding customer balances.
Verify payment documents and approvals.
Process monthly sales commission records.
Monitor branch cash flow, petty cash and bank balances.
Perform daily bank reconciliation and collection verification.
Submit banking and collection reports on time.
Monitor spare parts and inventory movements.
Coordinate stock take and reconcile variances.
Monitor workshop and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
Prepare branch financial reports and variance analysis.
Monitor profitability and operational performance.
Support budgeting and budget tracking.
Report financial risks and unusual transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and authorities.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Support SST, tax and statutory reporting.
Collaborate with showroom and aftersales teams.
Support process improvements and system implementation.
Ensure timely submission of reports to HQ Finance.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance; automotive dealership experience is an added advantage.
Experience handling full set of accounts independently with good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of showroom, workshop and spare parts accounting.
Independent, detail-oriented and analytical, with good problem-solving, communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
