Jora Malaysia is seeking a meticulous accounting professional to handle daily accounting and finance activities, manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL), and prepare invoices, vouchers and financial reports. You will perform bank reconciliations, assist with payroll, and liaise with auditors and external parties to ensure compliance and accuracy.
The role requires hands-on AutoCount experience, a relevant diploma/degree, and 2–3 years of accounting experience.

Handle daily accounting and finance activities
Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and accounting documents
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
Monitor accounts receivable and payable
Handle monthly closing and ensure accounts are updated accurately
Assist with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory matters
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other external parties
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records
Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis
Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned
Must have hands-on experience with AutoCount Accounting System
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Good knowledge of full-set accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
Experience in the automotive or used-car industry is an advantage
