  • Keep financial and HR records updated and organised.
  • Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliation.

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or HR.
  • 1–3 years experience in Finance or HR roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (SQL/Autocount/UBS).
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask.
  • Able to communicate in English & Malay (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Handle daily accounting tasks, invoicing, payment processing, and basic financial reports.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely EPF/SOCSO/EIS submissions.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and preparing HR letters.
  • Keep financial and HR records updated and organised.
  • Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliation, and support month-end closing.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and labour laws.
