Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process and maintain accurate accounting records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist with VAT/GST filings, tax returns, and regulatory compliance; collaborate with other departments to improve financial reporting and processes.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Manage financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies; support the Finance Manager in audits and external reporting processes.
