Qualifications

• Professional experience in external audit and corporate accounting.
• Background in multi-entity structures and complex financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial governance and close deliverables across entities.
• Lead annual statutory and group audit coordination with auditors.
• Maintain SOX controls and internal control frameworks.
• Partner with corporate finance on capital restructurings and M&A.
• Collaborate with SSC, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and regional finance teams.
