Job summary

Kah Motor Company Sdn. Berhad in Tebrau Johor is seeking a capable finance professional to manage the branch's accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth showroom and aftersales financial activities.

You will handle full set of accounts, revenue collection, cash flow administration, inventory cost control, and monthly financial reporting, while collaborating with showroom and aftersales teams and supporting audits and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance; automotive dealership experience is an added advantage.
• Experience handling full set of accounts independently.
• Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Independent, detail-oriented and analytical with good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for showroom and aftersales operations.
• Record daily accounting transactions and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations and collections.
• Track inventory movements and cost control.
• Prepare branch financial reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support HQ reporting and showroom/aftersales collaboration.
