Join our Global Forwarding Finance team and play a key role in driving business performance through financial planning, reporting, profitability analysis, and process transformation. Reporting to the Divisional VP Finance in Singapore, you will partner with regional and functional leaders to deliver actionable insights, improve decision-making, and enhance finance efficiency across the division.
Support the full financial planning cycle, including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBIT, working capital, and cash flow performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive management packs.
Deliver meaningful performance insights through variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
Partner with regional finance teams to validate assumptions, challenge business inputs, and align forecasts with divisional objectives.
Support OneStream reporting, system enhancements, data validation, and user adoption.
Review key balance sheet reconciliations and financial fluctuations.
Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and data quality initiatives.
Lead customer, trade lane, and product profitability reporting and analysis.
Partner with IT, Commercial, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze financial and operational performance across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and other Global Forwarding products.
Develop automated dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools to support business decisions.
Drive finance transformation, process standardization, and automation initiatives.
Support system implementations and continuous improvement projects across finance functions.
Evaluate end-to-end finance processes and recommend sustainable solutions.
Provide financial expertise on complex accounting, reporting issues, and strategic projects.
Support ad hoc analysis and business initiatives as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience within a multinational organization.
Logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industry experience is an advantage.
Strong FP&A and financial reporting experience with a track record of driving performance improvements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/reporting platforms.
Knowledge of CargoWise One (CW1) is an added advantage.
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for reporting and analytics.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and business performance metrics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial storytelling skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
