Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance & Strategy team. Reporting into Finance leadership, you will serve as a key financial advisor to business units across the organisation — turning data into insight and helping leaders make smarter decisions.

This is a high-impact role for someone equally comfortable in the numbers as they are in the room — a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can partner cross-functionally in a complex, fast-moving, global business.

What You'll Do

Business Partnering

• Act as the go-to financial advisor for business unit leads, delivering analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations
• Build trusted relationships across product, operations, and commercial teams to embed financial thinking into decision-making
• Support senior leadership with scenario modelling, investment cases, and ad hoc analysis

FP&A & Planning

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial plans across your business units
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting packages with rigorous variance analysis and clear, actionable commentary
• Build and maintain financial models that underpin strategic planning and resource allocation decisions

P&L Ownership

• Maintain full visibility into revenue, costs, and margins across your remit
• Surface risks and opportunities proactively, working with stakeholders to respond effectively
• Drive financial accountability through well-designed KPI frameworks and performance tracking

Finance Operations & Improvement

• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to uphold data accuracy and integrity
• Continuously improve reporting processes, systems, and controls
• Contribute to broader finance transformation as the organisation scales

What We're Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in finance, with a strong FP&A foundation — hands‑on FP&A experience is a firm requirement
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence non‑finance stakeholders
• Background in management consulting or Big 4 strongly preferred, with current or recent exposure to crypto, finance, or fintech
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus

Skills & Attributes

• Strong financial modelling skills — confident building models from the ground up
• Able to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives for non‑finance audiences
• Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Genuinely commercially minded — you want to understand the business, not just report on it
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools or ERP systems is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Chinese required; additional languages welcome
