CITY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support the Australian finance team with monthly close, financial reporting, and analysis.

The role involves journal entries, reconciliations, and ensuring alignment with internal reporting standards across Malaysia and Australia. You will collaborate with stakeholders, assist with billing and cost control, and contribute to continuous process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or reporting role.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and variances.
• Support management reporting and financial analysis.
• Support billing processes and cost allocation activities.
• Maintain accurate ERP and financial records.
• Monitor WIP balances and unbilled commitments.
• Assist with accrued income assessments and reporting.
