Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Support monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and bank transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
• Assist in audits and the preparation of audit reports and annual reports
• Liaise with external stakeholders - banker, company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and government
• Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Support HR-related administrative tasks (onboarding, documentation, etc.)
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office coordination
• Organize internal events, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Manage the circulation, coordination, and processing of internal and external documents
