Job summary

DPE Global Services Centre (Malaysia) is seeking a Finance Analyst to produce timely financial reports for stakeholders and manage the full set of accounts for the Shared Services unit. You will process staff expenses, payables/receivables, and intercompany transactions, perform month-end closings, coordinate with auditors, and prepare P&L commentary.

The role requires accuracy and SAP experience. Based in Selangor, Petaling Jaya, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts.
• 1–2 years' experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
• Preferably 1–2 years' experience with SAP.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process staff expenses claims, petty cash, vendor invoices and payments, credit notes, debit notes accurately and on time.
• Liaise & coordinate with different departments and markets on financial matters.
• Maintain and update accurate financial records and journal entries for posting into the accounting system.
• Perform month-end closing activities and reporting, including reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare monthly P&L commentary for GSC MY.
• Coordinate with external auditor and tax agent, bankers, vendors, etc.
• Prepare weekly cash forecast for submission to Corporate Finance.
• Generate listing for e-invoice submission on LHDN portal.
• Assist with any other tasks and projects assigned by Head of Shared Services.
