6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Finance professional to manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, fixed assets and statutory reporting in a Malaysia-based shared service environment.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in Finance, Accounting or Audit, a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification, and hands-on SAP knowledge to support month-end close and group reporting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Finance, Accounting or Audit.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or a professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in shared service centre / Global Business Service centre is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Review fixed assets and ensure compliance with statutory and Group requirements.
• Support cost monitoring and controls.
• Provide analytical insights on expenses and budget variances.
• Perform day-to-day accounting functions, month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing, GL entries.
• Ensure timely management accounts, notes to the accounts, cash flow projections and tax submissions.
• Assist in planning and budgeting exercises.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, regulatory authorities and other parties.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
