Job summary
Lenovo seeks a Finance Transformation Consultant to bridge Finance and AI engineering teams. You will identify transformation opportunities, design AI-native solutions, and deploy AI Agents and Intelligent Workplaces across finance domains such as accounting, treasury, and shared services.
You will work with SAP Finance, Oracle ERP, and other platforms, translating business needs into roadmaps and ensuring value realization through rapid prototyping and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years relevant experience in delivering Finance Transformation, ERP Consulting, Finance Systems, or Digital Transformation projects end-to-end.
- Experience working with SAP Finance, Oracle ERP, or other enterprise finance platforms.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven process transformation
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation roadmaps
- Drive adoption and value realization of AI solutions
- Design Finance AI Agents and Intelligent Workplaces
- Define end-to-end business workflows, user journeys, and operating models
- Collaborate with engineers to build scalable AI solutions
- Support rapid prototyping and proof-of-value activities
- Lead deployment of Accounting Workplace and Finance Agent solutions
- Drive AI Agent adoption across finance operations
