Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Finance AI Tech Lead / Solution Architect in Kuala Lumpur to lead architecture, design, and delivery of AI-powered Finance solutions for enterprise customers. You will guide engineering teams, drive architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions across data, models, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Six+ years in software engineering or solution architecture with leadership in AI solutions.
Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, RAG pipelines, tool calling, and evaluation.
Design scalable, secure enterprise AI architectures across data, APIs and cloud platforms.
Hands-on Python and modern backend development, REST APIs and cloud-native deployment.
Experience guiding distributed cross-functional teams and communicating tech decisions.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure and production-ready enterprise AI solutions.
Define technical approaches for LLMs, RAG, Agents, APIs and system integrations.
Make key technology and architecture decisions.
Guide engineers through design, development and production deployment.
Ensure solution quality, security, performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
Communicate technical decisions and risks to global stakeholders.
