Job summary

Lenovo seeks a Finance AI Product Management specialist to drive AI-powered finance solutions for enterprise customers from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will blend Finance Transformation, AI Product Management, Solution Architecture, and Delivery Lead roles to deliver measurable business value.

You will work with clients and global teams to shape, deliver, and pre-sell AI-enabled P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A initiatives, leveraging Generative AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on Product Management experience with production-grade LLM / Generative AI features.
• Strong understanding of large-language-model capabilities and limitations; practical exposure to prompt engineering and RAG workflows
• Demonstrated experience writing PRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria; full-lifecycle SaaS product delivery experience
• Hands-on experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional global teams across multiple time zones
• Fluent business English for meetings, documentation and stakeholder communication
• Basic awareness of enterprise-software data-privacy compliance requirements
• Practical working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Mandarin-speaking capability, to collaborate efficiently with Lenovo China headquarters (preferred)
• Prior experience within Finance, ERP or PTP financial SaaS domain (preferred)
• Hands-on exposure to Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API, LangChain or LlamaIndex (preferred)

This role combines the responsibilities of a Finance Transformation Consultant, AI Product Manager, Solution Architect, and Delivery Lead, serving as a key bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The successful candidate will help organizations leverage AI Agents, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation technologies to transform finance operations and unlock measurable business value. Key focus areas include Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and next-generation Finance AI Agents.
