Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality, resolve incidents within SLAs, and champion data-driven improvements through automation, intelligent operations, and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, IS, or related field.
• 4+ years in IT application support or operations with SLA-driven delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Java and database systems (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL).

Responsibilities

• Own daily operation and maintenance of multiple applications within SLAs.
• Act as the technical lead for supported applications.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across systems and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data flows.
• Analyze operational data to drive improvements.
• Lead automation, intelligent operations, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Partner with L3 engineering for advanced resolution.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
