Grip.Events in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator Executive to support finance and administrative operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and integrity to handle confidential information while ensuring compliance with policies.
You will manage payables/receivables, prepare invoices and payments, perform bank reconciliations, assist monthly closes, and support budgeting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in monthly financial closing activities and reporting.
Prepare expense claims and reimbursements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain fixed asset registers and financial documentation.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies when required.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements.
Manage office administration and document control processes.
Maintain contracts, licenses, permits, and company records.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
Support procurement and vendor management activities.
Manage office supplies and administrative expenses.
Assist in preparing management reports and presentations.
Provide general administrative support to management and relevant departments.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
Experience in handling full-cycle accounts and administrative support is an advantage.
Experience using accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, AutoCount, SQL, or similar ERP systems) is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Shared Services environments.
Knowledge of statutory requirements, SST, and local compliance regulations.
Familiarity with ERP and document management systems.
