YEOW JIH INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Cum Administrative Executive to support our accounting and daily administrative operations in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

The role requires handling a full set of accounts, attention to detail, and strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin communication. You will work in a manufacturing SME environment with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Ability to handle a full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and financial statements.
• Handle full set of accounts when required.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to support operations.
• Carry out other accounting and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Able to handle a full set of accounts.
