Job summary

E-Concern (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounting Clerk to handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain full-set accounts. You will manage AR/AP, prepare invoices, payments and bank reconciliations, and assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.

The role requires diploma/degree in accounting or related field, good knowledge of full-set accounts, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines; SQL Accounting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in accounting.
• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Familiar with AR, AP, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions
• Prepare and maintain full-set accounts
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Prepare invoices, payments and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and relevant authorities when required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
