Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, seeks an Account Assistant Manager/Manager to ensure accuracy of financial records and optimize accounting operations. You will prepare financial statements, manage ledgers, and support automated processes to drive business success.

The role involves preparing monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, budgets, and rolling forecasts, while overseeing daily accounting tasks, tax compliance, and liaison with auditors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CMA are a plus.
• At least 6 years of working experience in finance and accounting.
• Industry background in brokerage, financial services, or fintech is preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing or leading a small finance team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous and organized approach.
• Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be a strong team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
• Demonstrates the ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and impact.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in compliance with MPERS, MFRS, or IFRS.
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts, perform variance analysis, and provide financial insights.
• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, intercompany, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including review of tax computations and submissions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
• Enhance internal control systems and drive continuous improvement for financial processes and policies.
• Assist in creating new processes and system implementations, including automation projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Perform related assignments or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Finance Manager or senior management.
