Zusammenfassung

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, seeks a Senior Account Executive to own the full spectrum of accounting and maintain strong internal and external relationships. You will manage GL, AP, bank transactions, close cycles, and prepare financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.

You will also forecast and budget, analyze variances, support year-end schedules, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators. English and Mandarin proficiency beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of full-set accounts or audit experience; Banking/Finance background is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions) and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Manage full spectrum of accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, and bank transactions.
• Oversee the periodical financial close process and ensure timely submission of accounts and reports.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
• Manage company forecast and budget.
• Recommend SOP improvements and process enhancements.
• Prepare balance sheet, reconciliations, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Provide variance analysis and financial reporting to management.
• Assist year-end schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators.
• Handle daily operations and ad-hoc assignments.
