Job summary

ARMAK HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full set of accounts, GL, AP/AR, and monthly closes. You will prepare financial reports and assist in audits and statutory compliance in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with AutoCount Accounting System and UBS, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with MFRS and taxation. This is a full-time on-site role based in Selangor.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in handling full set accounts independently.
• Experience in audit and statutory reporting is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System and UBS Accounting Software.
• Familiar with MFRS, taxation requirements, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and perform month-end/year-end closing.
• Verify accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, debit/credit notes, and invoices.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities for statutory reporting.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with MFRS and tax regulations.
• Maintain accounting records using AutoCount and UBS systems; generate reports.
