Job summary

TRAVELBRO in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join our team. You will assist with daily accounting tasks, prepare invoices and receipts, and support accounts payable and receivable activities.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, have basic Excel skills, good communication, and can commit to at least 3 months. Monthly internship allowance is provided, with a supportive environment for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or other relevant software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance-related tasks.
• Assist in preparing and organising invoices, receipts, payment documents and other financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in checking and recording financial transactions.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Assist with filing and organising accounting-related documents.
• Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
