Job summary

Kit Loong Commercial Tyre Group (KLCT) seeks a Depot Tyre Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and service activities at assigned depots in Malaysia. You will lead technicians, plan manpower, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and ISO 9001 procedures.

Strong leadership, communication and data skills are essential for this role. You will monitor tyre conditions, coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, changes and breakdown jobs, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in fleet, automotive, tyre, maintenance or field operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership ability and a hands-on attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Able to supervise technicians and work independently at customer sites.
• Good communication, problem-solving, reporting and basic data-analysis skills.
• Willing to travel, work at assigned depots and support urgent operations when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tyre maintenance and service activities at assigned depots.
• Lead, coordinate and monitor depot tyre technicians
• Plan manpower and assign preventive maintenance, tyre inspection, tyre change and breakdown jobs
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, ISO : 9001 procedures and customer standards
• Monitor tyre condition, identify failure causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensures accurate completion of jobsheets, VWIR, NRCW, inventory and tyre movement records.
• Track depot performance, including maintenance compliance, breakdown cases, response time, stock control and data accuracy.
• Liaise with customers, depot personnel and management on operational matters.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports
