Job summary

Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a technical support professional to install, troubleshoot and repair sales terminals, network equipment and related gear at our outlets across Johor.

The role includes regular preventive maintenance and timely servicing to minimize downtime. You will handle first level office equipment support, maintain company vans, and undertake ad-hoc assignments. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, proficient in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, network and electronics components.
• Willing to travel extensively within the designated area.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends, public holidays and odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair sales terminals, network equipment and other equipment at the outlets.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on the sales terminals and network equipment at the outlets.
• Provide first level of support for office equipment at the office.
• Upkeep and maintenance of Company vans.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
