Job summary

Alcon Malaysia seeks an Associate, Field Technical Service Engineer to install, validate, and service surgical and diagnostic equipment at customer sites in Kuala Lumpur. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, train customers, and support AMC/CAMC opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Candidates should have an engineering or biomedical background, strong troubleshooting skills, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma/Associate degree in engineering or medical technology.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
• Strong English communication and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, validate, and test Alcon equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs.
• Provide customer training and technical support.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
• Support AMC/CAMC opportunities and customer retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Engineering teams.
