Job summary

Kum Fatt Engineering Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Site Supervisor to monitor and coordinate subcontractor works, ensuring installation, servicing, and maintenance align with drawings and schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Experience in coordinating subcontractors and project activities.
• Proactive problem solving and reporting to the project team.
• Proficient in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
• Ensure installation, servicing, and maintenance works are carried out in accordance with drawings, contract specifications, and work schedules.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide site photographs and progress updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Lead departmental personnel in achieving departmental objectives.
• Attend site measurements and valuation of progress claims together with subcontractors.
