Job summary

Techbond Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a hands-on Technician to service and support customers during field visits or dispatches. You will manage installations, repairs, maintenance, and tests, diagnosing issues to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Diploma in Technical or Engineering, at least one year of field service experience, and a valid GDL license. You will work with a proactive team, plan service schedules, and ensure compliance with EMS standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Technical, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on field service experience.
• A valid GDL license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service including installation, repair, maintenance, and testing at customer sites.
• Diagnose errors and determine effective solutions with minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Maintain stock records and service reports.
• Liaise with sales for installation dates and service planning.
• Handle customer complaints and provide excellent service.
