Scopes:
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Field Service Technician to support machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service activities.
The ideal candidate shall possess strong knowledge in both mechanical and electrical systems and be capable of independently handling machine assembly, alignment, wiring verification, troubleshooting, and customer support activities. Experience in industrial automation machinery is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Installation & Commissioning
- Perform machine installation, setup, and commissioning at customer sites.
- Conduct machine alignment, calibration, and performance verification.
- Assist engineers in machine startup and FAT/SAT activities.
- Ensure machines meet customer requirements and production expectations.
Mechanical Support
- Perform mechanical assembly and machine modification works.
- Install and align:Ball Screws, Linear Guides, Conveyors, Pneumatic Systems, Servo Motor Assemblies & Robot End Effectors
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Replace defective mechanical components and perform machine upgrades.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
Electrical Support
- Perform machine wiring inspection and troubleshooting.
