Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a Field Service Quality Coordinator to oversee quality assurance in our operations. The role requires an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of industry experience.

The successful candidate will coordinate failure investigations, lead local service quality initiatives, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with high standards. This position is based at Whse 11, Kemaman Supply Base, Terengganu, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience implementing solutions based on failure and trend analysis.
• Familiarity with Halliburton Management System (HMS) Standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate failure investigations in Operations and Repair & Maintenance.
• Create and distribute customer failure reports.
• Lead local operation team in Service Quality statistics reporting.
• Conduct local SQ audits and vendor audits.
• Visit field locations to identify performance issues and propose improvements.
