Job summary

Chemopharm Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Service Manager to oversee daily field service operations and coordinate service engineers in Malaysia. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, CRM usage, and maintaining service standards across the team.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with sales and support teams, and drive improvements in service delivery to meet customer expectations and company targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant field service experience.
• Supervisory or team management experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service and coordination skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems, scheduling tools and service reporting software.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of field service engineers.
• Manage service schedules, job assignments and service routes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers in resolving complex issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor service performance and prepare operational reports.
• Manage service parts, tools and equipment inventory.
• Work closely with sales and support teams to meet customer needs.
• Train, mentor and guide service engineers.
• Ensure service activities comply with company procedures, safety standards and operational targets.
