The role requires 7+ years of experience in service management, strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication to coordinate across departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams.

• Knowledge of machine vision systems or related tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service team, including hiring, training, and performance.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Oversee service quality and implement processes to maintain high standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and coordination of activities.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze service metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Act as liaison between service and other departments and external parties.
