Job summary

Medik-Link Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to provide in-house and on-site technical product support and installation.

You will identify, analyse and repair product failures, order replacement parts as required, and train customers and the sales team as needed. You will also support workshops, conduct routine service, plan preventive maintenance, prepare technical reports, and maintain strong rapport with customers while traveling to outstations as

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Imaging / Radiology, Robotic engineering, Mechatronics engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience and / or training in dental line background would be added advantages.
• Knowledgeable in MS word, MS Excel and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, good technical diagnostics and problems solving skill and able to work under pressure.
• Fresh graduates from tech college or have physicist qualification are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• To provide in-house and on-site technical product support and installation.
• To identify, analyse and repair product failures, order replacement parts as required.
• Provide technical product training and user training to customers and as when required by sales team and management.
• Support sales and service team during workshops/exhibition with technical expertise / product knowledge.
• Conduct routine service (contract & warranty).
• To plan and conduct Plan Preventive Maintenance.
• Prepare Technical report, documentationwork.
• Maintaining excellent rapport and healthy working relationship with customer.
• Character with initiative and capable to work independently and effectively.
• Willing to travel outstation
